This blog post shouldn’t be long and significant, I would just like to recognize a milestone, to document this moment.
I started this blog when I was only 14 years old, seems so long ago now thinking about it.
This blog has documented my entire stay in High School. It has reflected my worst and best days. It has inspired me but it has given me the contrary as well.
Charlettesweb started as Chaaaaarlette, I changed my tumblr name after 2 years. At first I thought it was really clever Charlette + Web, meaning its my website, at the same time, web could also mean the wonders I terribly write about, share and post here.
But now I think my Tumblr name speaks of me all in all. Charlotte. Charlotte the spider. We’re a lot more similar than I thought. I know that that’s stating a lot, given that Charlotte is a life saver, a hero and all those. But Charlotte was also scared, like I was when I started this blog. That’s was my investment, my scared thoughts and emotions. As it turns out, it all worked out for me in the end. The way it did for Charlotte.Well, who am I to say that, this isn’t the end. This shouldn’t be the end. 4 more years for me, 4 more years for my blog.
